Health Benifits
HPG offers a wide range of benefits for employees and their families, including health, dental, vision, life, accident, and long and short-term disability insurance, as well as the option to open a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
Maternity Leave: Employee will be subsidized up to 8 weeks, depending on tenure, up to 100% of salary.
Paternity Leave: Employee receives 1 week of paid paternity leave.
Parental Leave
Maternity Leave: Employee will be subsidized up to 8 weeks, depending on tenure, up to 100% of salary.
Paternity Leave: Employee receives 1 week of paid leave.
401K with Employer Match
Eligibility begins at 6 months of employment.
Up to 5% Employer Safe Harbor Match to employee contributions.
(PTO) Paid Time Off
PTO is provided for employees to be away from work due to vacation, illness, or other personal requirements. See below for allotted days by tenure.
Employees may carry over up to 5 days of PTO from one calendar year to the next with a maximum of 30 days accrued.
Holidays
Employees receive the following 8 days off in addition to PTO: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
On-site employees will receive floating holidays for the days listed above that the mall is open and operating and they are expected to work.
